Nomads Field Hockey Club competes nationally in the U19 and U16 age ranges in USFHA sponsored events. The teams have traveled to California and Virginia Beach to compete in National Festival. As part of the Nomads National Travel Team, athletes are given an opportunity to be seen and recognized on the national scene, as well as exposing them to a greater variety of college coaches and recruiters. Such competition further provides athletes with a more competitive playing atmosphere, enabling them to develop a higher level of skills and a greater understanding of the game of field hockey.
